Location: The hotel is situated right beside Araneta Coliseum, making it incredibly convenient to reach the concert grounds without any hassle. Being so close meant we could relax and enjoy our time before the show without worrying about transportation. Convenience: The hotel is also connected to Gateway Mall 2, offering easy access to shopping and a variety of dining options. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel, giving us lots of choices for meals before and after the event.

From check-in to check-out, the customer service was impeccable, every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel’s amenities and restaurants were modern and beyond expectations, offering both convenience and comfort. Security was top-notch, ensuring a safe and worry free stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and well above standard, making our seven-day stay an unexpectedly perfect and relaxing experience. New, clean, comfortable room with big windows and lots of light. 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. Quick check-in and friendly staff all around (except for the front desk). Great location if you want to be in this area, and conveniently connected to a mall with restaurants, etc. Very good value for money.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is excellent - right in the heart of the Araneta city with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The staff at the lobby, front office, pool, housekeeping (super fast with our request) and staff at strEATs - they were all exceptionally friendly. They always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful service throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast at STREATS. While the spread was decent, there were limited vegetarian options and not many seafood choices. A wider variety would definitely enhance the dining experience.

Location is excellent, there is direct access to the mall at the 4F Reception Area and 5F Restaurant Area. Easy to get to the mall for your quick eat or supply run. Food during breakfast and lunch buffet is good, with emphasis on quality over quantity. Staff are helpful and attentive, despite us having a safety concern, they were able to handle it promptly and attend to it very professionally. Family room is excellent value for money, it exceeded my expectations. Both my kids loved the room, the view, and the location (near Fiesta Carnival just across the street). Will definitely stay here again when we visit the in-laws in the metro.
