While the Ibis brand is known for its traveler-friendly and budget-conscious accommodations, this particular hotel rivals the comfort and quality of a 4 to 5 star establishment. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was impeccable, every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel’s amenities and restaurants were modern and beyond expectations, offering both convenience and comfort. Security was top-notch, ensuring a safe and worry free stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and well above standard, making our seven-day stay an unexpectedly perfect and relaxing experience. We highly recommend Ibis Styles Manila to anyone looking for exceptional quality at an unbeatable value. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is excellent - right in the heart of the Araneta city with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The staff at the lobby, front office, pool, housekeeping (super fast with our request) and staff at strEATs - they were all exceptionally friendly. They always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful service throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast at STREATS. While the spread was decent, there were limited vegetarian options and not many seafood choices. A wider variety would definitely enhance the dining experience.

Room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was clean with a beautiful view of the city. The ambience was made even better by the soft relaxing music which created the perfect atmosphere for unwinding with a drink or enjoying a quiet swim. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference throughout our stay.

The staff are friendly. Good location for concert goers. Easy access to a lot of restos via the mall. The maintenance are friendly and working hard to keep the hotel clean. I was there for the fancon and work. The internet connection in my room was not stable. Also, the AC is pretty complicated to manage. Hope it comes with instruction. Not all AC are the same. :) My bad for not raising this to the hotel staff. :) I hope they keep the hotel as it is. It is a good place for staycation or alternative for digital nomads. They have a co-working space. They also have a 24 hr Cafe.

Being so close meant we could relax and enjoy our time before the show without worrying about transportation. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel, giving us lots of choices for meals before and after the event.
